Scroll down and select “APPLY”

and then when the box appears, select “Apply” again.

Then, under the gray box to the left, select

“Supply a photo”

Then, scroll down to the purple button that says “Supply Proof” in the “Proof of Residency” Section.

Select “Check my state residency status “

Select “Proceed”

It will pull up all of the information on your FL ID or DL, along with your picture.

Scroll down and select “Apply”

And then again select “Apply”

Then, scroll all the way to the bottom

Type your first name in the first box

Type your last name in the second box

Click “Submit my card application”

A box appears giving you information on payment, click close.

After that, the payment button will appear purple

Click the button that says “Click here to pay online”

It will open a new tab, you can either pay with your bank information, or select Credit card and use a credit or debit card. Enter your information

Then select “Continue”

Enter your Email address and click the box to agree with their terms and conditions.

Then click the button that says “Make a payment”

Close that tab, and go back to the first tab and click continue. It will show two green check marks, showing you are approved, and a blue exclamation mark for payment. The payment takes 2-5 business days to process so be sure to keep the amount of $77.75 in your account until it comes out.

You are now fully approved and can use your DL or ID at the dispensaries until the MMJ Card comes into the mail within 14-30 business days.

IF YOU DO NOT LIVE AT THE ADDRESS ON YOUR DL or ID, simply forward your mail with USPS, there is nothing else that we can do, as it is based on your DL or ID Information!

The route of Flower is based on 35 day orders, and there are 6 in each script.

(35 x 6 = 210 days which is 7 months)

Find the order that says “Open”

Click the button that says “Expand” for whichever you are trying to look at, either Medical Marijuana or Smokeable Flower

For Medical Marijuana click the route you are trying to look at your use of.

It will show:

Note:

Dispensable Amount: XXX mg See Calculation

It will also show your dispensation history of that route.

The Dispensable Amount is not the amount you can purchase, in order to see that, you must click on See Calculation

It will take you to a new tab. “Aggregate” is Smokeable Flower, and then the other routes are there too. Select which route you are looking to see how much you can dispense.

It will show your dispensation history, the amount purchased, the purchase date and the expiration date.

NOTE: The expiration date is really ONE DAY AFTER what it says.

You get that amount you dispensed 71 days after the purchase date for the routes of Oral, Sublingual, Edible, Topical and Inhalation.

You get that amount you dispensed 36 days after the purchase date for the route of Smokable Flower.

To Request an Exemptions (RFE) 

To request an exemption (RFE), which is an increase in a route,

In order for our Doctor to submit an exemption request form, we need a payment of:

• $35 for the first request
• $25 for the second request
• $15 for every request after the first and second

The patient must request this every recertification, and it takes up to 14 business days for the state to Approve or Re-Approve the Request, so we recommend that patients renew 2-3 weeks prior to their expiration date so there is no time awaiting reapproval , causing a decrease in MG during the waiting period.

It will show all exemptions submitted.

If it is approved it will say “Approved”

If it is still pending the State of Florida's Approval it will say “Submitted”

If the State of Florida does not agree with approving it without more information as to why the patient needs it, it will say “Needs More Information” and we get notified and submit the documents to the state in order for them to approve your exemption request.
